• The prize is a 30m2 Parquet floor in 3 Oak wood Flooring bespoke Natural Oiled Finish worth £2000. (As displayed on @Houselust Instagram page)
• The competition ends at 23.59 on 04.01.22
• The winner of the competition will be contacted directly via Instagram by DM and announced on @3oakflooring and @houselust social media accounts through posts and stories. 3 Oak reserves the right to publish associated details of the competition on our website and social media pages.
• The winner will be independently selected at random by the @Houselust Instagram account.
• Employees of 3 Oak Wood Flooring or @Houselust are not eligible to enter the competition.
• The winner must respond via DM to claim the prize within 5 days. The deadline to respond and claim the 2k giveaway prize is Sunday the 9^th January 2022. If the winner does not claim their prize before the deadline, 3 Oak will reserve the right to select any alternative winner to receive the prize.
• The dimensions available for selection are: 16mm x 90mm x 400mm, 16mm x 100mm x 500mm, 16mm x 70mm x 350mm in our Character grade oak with natural knots.
• The competition is not affiliated, administered or endorsed by Instagram. In taking part in the 3 Oak Houselust giveaway you release Instagram of any responsibility and must be at least 18 Years of age or older.
• The prize is open to residents of England only. Free delivery up to a quantity of 30m2 within England is included. Any quantities above 30 sq. m would incur additional charge for carriage.
• The prize is to win a total of up to 30 sq. m. of our Natural Oiled parquet worth £2,000 value. The prize does not include additional quantities of floor above 30 sq. m*
• It does not include flooring accessories or installation. Any costs for installation would be chargeable at our regular rates of labour plus materials and any reasonable costs for travel and accommodation, if required.
• The prize must be redeemed before the 05.07.22

* The prize winner may add additional quantity to the 30 sq. m prize. This must be in the Natural Oiled Parquet flooring only. All associated costs above the £2,000 prize value are to be borne by the winner.
