Project Overview
Completed in June 2025, this project achieved a unified timber flooring scheme using Elephant Grey Nature grade oak across key living and circulation spaces. The specification combined planks, Basket Weave Versailles panels and double herringbone together with a plank border in some areas to create a consistent look while allowing each room to retain its own character.
The Flooring Scheme
Nature grade Elephant Grey planks were installed throughout the ground floor, creating a clean, durable base for everyday use. Basket Weave Versailles panels became an exclusive addition in the family room, serving as the focal point that elevates the space. Our double herringbone flooring design was installed on the entire first floor, providing continuity throughout.

Bespoke Details
To finish the layout, a plank border was installed alongside our double herringbone flooring for definition, alongside a bespoke curved nosing on the first floor landing formed around the balustrade.
Execution and Outcome
Elephant Grey planks totalled 133.1m² for the ground floor areas including wastage. Basket Weave Versailles panels totalled 41.4m² for the family room including wastage. Elephant Grey herringbone totalled 119.26m² across the entire first floor including wastage.
