Project Overview
Completed in August 2025, this project delivered a cohesive timber flooring scheme using pewter charred prime grade oak across key living and circulation spaces. The specification combined planks, Triangle Weave Versailles panels and herringbone to create a consistent look while allowing each room to retain its own character.
The Flooring Scheme
Prime grade pewter charred planks were installed through the first floor hallway and WC, creating a clean, durable base for everyday use. Triangle Weave Versailles panels formed the main feature across the ground floor living areas, including the living room, entrance and study, bringing structure and rhythm to the larger spaces. Pewter charred herringbone completed the upper level bedrooms and dressing rooms, adding a refined, crafted feel while maintaining continuity with the wider scheme.

Bespoke Details
To finish the layout, a plank border was introduced for definition and neat transitions, alongside a bespoke curved border formed around the balustrade to resolve the geometry cleanly and keep the detailing precise.
Execution and Outcome
Pewter charred planks totalled 12.52 m² for the hallway and WC including wastage. Triangle Weave Versailles panels totalled 85.1 m² across the living room, entrance and study including wastage. Pewter charred herringbone totalled 38.34 m² across the master bedroom and dressing rooms including wastage.
Conclusion
This project showcases not our ability to carry out flawless flooring installations but our expertise, in handling intricate finishes and advanced techniques. With no obstacles hindering our progress the Notting Hill installation demonstrates our planning and execution skills resulting in outstanding outcomes that meet both our high standards and client expectations.
